Crediteria Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the Specter Games Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Crediteria Affiliate Program, you must:

• Have a valid email address and a social media or online presence (e.g., website, blog, or content platform).

• Reside in a location where the program is legally available.

• Comply with all local laws and regulations.

2. Affiliate Registration

• To join, complete the sign-up process via the Crediteria website.

• We reserve the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at our discretion.

3. Referral Link & Tracking

• Upon approval, you will be assigned a unique referral link to share with your audience.

• All sales made through your referral link will be tracked and attributed to your affiliate account.

• Affiliate commissions are calculated based on the total sale value after discounts, taxes, and shipping.

4. Commission Structure

• You will earn a 7.5% commission for each successful sale made through your referral link.

• If you choose to redeem your commission as Crediteria store credit, you will earn a total of 9.99% commission on the sale value.

• Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided the total commission amount exceeds the minimum payout threshold of $50.

5. Payment Methods

• Commissions can be redeemed as:

  • Bank Transfer or Instapay to your provided account details.

  • Mobile Wallet (e.g., PayPal, Vodafonecash, or other supported mobile payment services).

  • Crediteria Store Credit to be used at Specter Games, with the enhanced commission rate of 9.99%.

• All payments are made on the first of each month, following a review period.

6. Program Limitations

• Crediteria reserves the right to limit participation in the Affiliate Program at its discretion. We may limit or exclude affiliates who do not adhere to program terms or engage in unethical promotion tactics.

• Affiliates may not engage in fraudulent activity, spam, or any other practices that could harm Specter Games’ reputation.

7. Marketing & Promotion

• You are encouraged to share your referral link via social media, email, blogs, or any other channels of your choice.

• All marketing materials must comply with Specter Games’ branding guidelines, and affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about products.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. If terminated, any pending commissions due to the affiliate will be processed in accordance with the program terms.

• Crediteria may terminate an affiliate’s participation for breach of these terms, fraud, or any other misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Crediteria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from participating in the Affiliate Program.

• We are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising between the affiliate and third parties (e.g., customers).

10. Changes to the Program

• Crediteria reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

• Any modifications to these terms will be posted on the Crediteria website.
